Direct Sales
- Will be responsible for direct sales in India
- Follow up on all leads (downloads) received from the website and other sources
- Make online / face to face product demonstrations to all prospects and customers in all industry verticals in your territory.
- Make proposals, price offers, negotiate, close deals in your sales territory
- Searching proactively for new revenue generating opportunities to meet the company targets.
- Participating in marketing events and attending sales meetings.
- Manage resellers in your sales territory.
- Work very closely with reseller following up on their monthly sales pipeline.
- Provide all support to resellers in your territory to help them sell Symtrax's software solutions.
- Keep resellers informed of latest product releases, new product functionality and price updates, marketing information.
- Search for, evaluate and sign-up resellers in your sales territory.
- Update the share point/ CRM regularly with relevant account information.
- Ability to understand customer business requirement and translate it into technical requirements as can be implemented by the respective teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably from a Top Tier institute
- 0 - 2 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented with a keen interest in Technology.
- Salary Proposition: Fixed 5L/year + Uncapped Variable based on revenue Generated
