About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Content Strategist with 2–3 years of

hands-on experience in campaign management, preferably within a marketing agency and

influencer marketing setup. This dual-role professional will be responsible for building and

managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, while ensuring brand messaging is executed

effectively through content strategies tailored for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer-led campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Coordinate with influencers, clients, and internal teams to align on campaign goals and timelines.
  • Track, monitor, and optimize campaigns in real-time to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and performance metrics.

● Content Strategy & Brand Communication

  • Develop and oversee content calendars and brand messaging for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and platform updates to advise on innovative content strategies.

● Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign clients.
  • Present ideas, strategies, and reports in a clear and professional manner.
