  • Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels to find suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and tracking systems.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
