Role Description

Key Result Areas:

Robust Delivery

1. Ensuring accounting records are prepared and reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

2. Drive transparency with accurate and timely closure of all assigned tasks.

Audit, Governance and Risk Management

1. Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.

2. Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial integrity and regulatory adherence.

3.Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances

Strong Client Management

1. Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodic governance

2. Foster retention and growth within the assigned portfolio.

Impactful leader

1. Oversee team management, focusing on retention and professional development.

2. Strong cross-functional collaboration to provide comprehensive support to clients

Effective Practice Management

1. Ensure optimum utilization of GL processors and reviewers by effective load balancing of tasks

2. Ensure adherence to organizational policies.

3. Effective execution of the process improvement and digital transformation projects

4. Strong control over assigned portfolio by tracking, monitoring and reporting performance of the process to stakeholders at defined intervals

Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience

• Experience / conceptual knowledge of accounting, month close, MIS reporting , GST, TDS compliances
• Strong Knowledge of statutory compliances
• Proven experience in effectively managing and leading team
• Proficient in MS office applications with advance skills of excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.), Power point
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to convey information clearly and confidently to stakeholders
• Effective team management and leadership abilities
