Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Officer will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding:   - Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.   - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Relations:   - Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.   - Assist in resolving employee conflicts and maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
3. Performance Management:   - Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback to employees.   - Support in the development of performance improvement plans as necessary.
4. HR Administration:   - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.   - Handle documentation related to leaves, attendance, and other HR processes.   - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Training and Development:   - Assist in identifying training needs and organizing relevant training programs.   - Promote employee development and career growth opportunities.
6. Compliance:   - Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.   - Support in the preparation and submission of required reports to relevant authorities.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role. - Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
