Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ballabgarh. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales leads, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities will also include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product knowledge, and addressing client queries to ensure customer satisfaction and promote business growth.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and sales negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation, market research, and sales strategy development
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of industrial components like Rolling Mill Shafts is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar sales role is advantageous
