
Real Estate Salesperson

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**:
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- **Property Listings**:
- List properties for sale or rent on various platforms, including online property portals, social media, and real estate websites.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers or renters.
- Take high-quality photos and create descriptions for marketing properties effectively.
- **Market Research & Pricing**:
- Research market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies to attract buyers and sellers.
- Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine property values.
- **Negotiation & Transactions**:
- Negotiate property deals, including price, terms, and closing dates, to reach an agreement that satisfies both parties.
- Prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, leases, and deeds.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and other professionals to facilitate transactions.
- **Networking & Lead Generation**:
- Develop a network of contacts including mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, and contractors.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking events, online marketing, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into clients.

- Ability to manage multiple clients, properties, and tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized to maintain records, appointments, and schedules.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- **Licensing**:
- Real estate salespersons must hold a valid real estate license, which requires passing a state exam.
- Ongoing education may be required to maintain the license and stay updated on industry laws and regulations.
- **Experience**:
- Prior sales experience can be advantageous, but not always necessary.
- Many firms provide on-the-job training for new agents.
Pay: ₹12,658.80 - ₹61,014.23 per month
