Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Test Specialist will be responsible for overseeing test management, designing comprehensive test strategies, executing and documenting tests, and ensuring software quality. Key responsibilities include identifying issues, ensuring products meet specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Test Management, including planning and organizing testing processes
  • Experience in Test Execution and hands-on expertise in various Testing techniques
  • Proven ability to develop effective Test Strategies to evaluate performance, reliability, and security
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with automation testing tools is a plus
