With a global presence, we are expanding our team and are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Application Lab Specialist to contribute to the development of innovative applications for our products in the food industry.
Responsibilities: Product Application Development : Utilize your expertise to develop and optimize applications of Flavaroma's products in the food industry, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to create unique and compelling product applications that showcase the versatility and quality of our offerings. Market Research and Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments related to food applications. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for product application growth. Customer Collaboration : Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences for flavor and fragrance applications in the food sector. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring successful product integration. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams to align application development with overall business strategies. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to meet project timelines and objectives. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of application development processes, including formulations, testing procedures, and outcomes. Provide regular reports and updates on project progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in application development within the food industry. In-depth knowledge of food science, flavor applications, and industry regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external customers. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
