Customer Relationship Management Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive, located at our Head Office, Bengaluru.
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationships from booking to handover, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects) and proactive support to clients throughout their property purchase journey.
Qualifications:
- Handle post-sales customer interactions including agreement execution, payment follow-ups, demand letters, and possession process.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, addressing queries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
- Manage customer records, agreements, and communications in CRM systems.
- Send regular updates to customers regarding project progress, payment schedules, and milestone achievements.
- Support in organizing customer engagement activities, site visits, and handover ceremonies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and service quality to strengthen brand reputation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects) for document preparation, approvals, and updates.
- Generate MIS reports on customer status, payments, and pending issues for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in CRM or Customer Service, only from Real Estate Industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
