Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with government clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for inter department members, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure government sales related documents are in place for bid submission.
- Co-orindate with service team for installation and service request from Government customers
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions for references.
- Handling SAP for invoicing, dispatch and AR collection with Govt customers
- Provide support to Tender team for submission of technical documents
- Assist the movement and tracking of Demo devices, inventory management and Zoho monitoring

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in the admin work and SAP management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations
