Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Bangalore studios. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in building strong relationships while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on leads and client inquiries
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the studio team for smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate client records (digital & physical)
- Report to the Team Leader

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in **English, Kannada, and Hindi**:

- Professional phone and in-person etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
