Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for holiday package sales (domestic & international).
  • Understand customer travel preferences and customize itineraries accordingly.
  • Prepare quotations and close deals for destinations such as Dubai, Europe, Maldives, Bali, Singapore, and India.
  • Coordinate with DMCs and suppliers to finalize hotels, transfers, and sightseeing.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential customers for conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while ensuring a great customer experience

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 14 years in Holiday Packages / Leisure Travel Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Familiarity with online booking portals or CRM tools preferred.
  • Passionate about travel and customer interaction.
  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in Tourism or related field.
