Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sales and Operations Executive to handle both sales and operational aspects of B2C (Business to Consumer) travel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry, with a focus on delivering a seamless experience to individual clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing personalized travel solutions, and managing the full lifecycle of bookings from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and expectations, and provide tailored travel solutions.

·       Design and sell custom travel packages, including flights, accommodations, excursions, transfers, and other services for luxury travelers.

·       Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, and travel-related services, ensuring clients receive the best options based on their preferences and budget.

·       Manage the entire booking process, from initial inquiries through to final confirmations and post-trip follow-ups.

·       Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.

·       Ensure timely communication with clients throughout the booking and travel process, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or changes to itineraries.

·       Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.

·       Keep up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to recommend the most relevant and exciting experiences to clients.

·       Meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on B2C sales and operations.

·       Strong knowledge of popular luxury travel destinations, including both domestic and international options.

·       Proven ability to design and sell customized travel packages that cater to individual client needs.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.

·       Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and handle the full cycle of travel bookings.

·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking tools or platforms.

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and client requests.

·       Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
