We are looking for a
Sales Head
who will own the revenue function and drive customer acquisition across branches. The ideal candidate has experience selling both
services and products
, achieving
volume and value-based targets
, building and scaling sales teams, and collaborating closely with marketing to craft growth strategies. The candidate will also lead the
5-year sales planning roadmap
, team expansion, and
training for execution
of new sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Build and execute a 5-year sales plan in line with the company's expansion and growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue targets across various verticals—consultations, retail, diagnostics, wellness packages, and grooming.
  • Maintain focus on both
    volume (footfall, product units)
    and
    value (revenue per sale)
    targets.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as ARPU, conversion ratios, repeat clients, and new acquisition cost.

2. Team Building & Leadership

  • Create a
    scalable sales org structure
    in sync with the company's 5-year plan (new branches, new offerings).
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales managers and executives for current and future branch locations.
  • Lead and implement
    performance management systems
    , including goal setting, monitoring, coaching, and rewards.

3. Collaboration with Marketing

  • Align with marketing team to design targeted campaigns, online promotions, and branch-specific offers.
  • Provide feedback on customer behavior and market trends to fine-tune messaging and digital/field campaigns.
  • Partner on new package launches and awareness programs to increase service uptake.

4. Sales Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver structured
    sales training modules
    for new hires and existing teams.
  • Lead periodic skill upgrades based on evolving services, technologies, and customer expectations.
  • Train frontline staff to upsell/customize health & wellness packages and improve conversion at every touchpoint.

5. Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop detailed
    annual and quarterly sales plans
    , broken by branch, vertical, and channel.
  • Present
    sales forecasts
    , pipeline reports, and growth projections to senior leadership.
  • Use data from CRM and POS to identify opportunities, leakages, and underperforming units.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Veterinary Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role handling multi-product/services and team size of 10+.
  • Strong background in
    healthcare, veterinary, wellness, diagnostics, or retail service industry
    is preferred, though high-performing individuals from other sectors (insurance, health tech, diagnostics, fitness, etc.) may apply.
