Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and target-driven Admissions Manager to lead AIM's admissions operations and team. The role involves planning, execution, and supervision of the entire admissions cycle—from inquiry generation to final enrollment—while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and achieving institutional intake goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of counselors and telecallers to ensure productivity and accountability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end admissions process for PGDM and MBA programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion campaigns.
  • Monitor CRM performance and ensure data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand student trends, competitor performance, and new opportunities.
  • Represent AIM at education fairs, webinars, and outreach events.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on performance and projections.
  • Drive continuous improvement in admissions processes and student experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and digital tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enrollment targets.
