What You'll Do

TLDR:
Lead our revenue growth pod to deliver 200+ monthly ticket sales while building a conversion engine that turns interest into commitment across our persona spectrum.

The Longer Version:
You'll be the conductor of our revenue symphony, leading 3-4 inside sales agents toward consistent monthly targets while architecting sales playbooks that evolve with every experiment and win. Your data-driven approach will transform our conversion funnel while coaching your team to understand the unique needs of each persona—from World-Tilters seeking clarity to Riot-Seekers chasing core memories.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Sales Growth Command Center

  • Lead the Revenue Growth Pod to consistently hit 200+ ticket sales monthly
  • Own weekly forecasts with surgeon-level precision—no guesswork, just data-backed targets
  • Build the metrics dashboard that makes Vinesh smile and the Ticket Growth Council nod
  • Spot conversion bottlenecks before they become revenue droughts

Calling & CRM Execution

  • Run structured daily calling blocks for discovery, follow-ups and reactivation; maintain
