Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, food ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain and update vendor documentation and supplier records.
  • Conduct supplier follow-ups for quotations, order status, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee quality checking of received goods in coordination with the kitchen and quality teams.
  • Manage order confirmations and ensure proper purchase order documentation.
  • Perform stock checking to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and purchase reports.
  • Monitor cost control and ensure optimal purchasing strategies to reduce wastage.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoice verification and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards in all purchase processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Hotel Management.
  • 2–5 years of experience in purchasing for bakery, restaurant, or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
