Job Description & KRA

  • Identify locations for small and large properties as per requirement,
  • Ensure best rates for properties (Lease or purchase),
  • Conduct joint survey with planning and construction team,
  • Ensure document completion and other legal compliances,
  • Resolve issues related to land with the landowners and authorities.
  • Support and manage functional activities of field staff for Joint visits,
  • Coordinate with construction, finance and operations team for Plant/MTCC/EP land.
  • Complete agreements with the owners.
  • Register the agreements for the Plants/MTCC/EP Lands.
  • Resolve the disputes of the land (if any) with the authorities.
  • Ensure Tax/Revenue payments for the Land Purchased Leased.
  • The conversion of the NA from agriculture to non-agriculture
  • Complete the registration of the captive land.
  • Handle the Litigation issues and present in the courts (if any)
  • Renewals of agreements of CBG Plant MTCC/EP (Leased Land)
  • Measurement of land to completed for allotted land by the Government Authorities
  • Owner issues need to be handled post-acquisition
  • Gram Panchayat NOC to be procured for the land allotted CBG/EP/MTCC.
  • Change of name wherever land has been purchased (7/12, Khatauni)
  • Other related works of revenue and government authorities.
  • Coordinate with local counsels for registration of SD/LD and related registration,
  • Collect documents from landowners and hand over records needed for DDR.
  • Facilitate notarization, certified copies and other land-related paperwork required by Legal.
  • Assist Legal in liaising with local government offices and authorities for operational follow-ups related to land issues.
