We are seeking a TEAM LEADER for demat account openings.

Note:

Freshers are not eligible to apply. This position is exclusively for experienced professionals in stock broking, sales, and marketing who are seeking career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and expand the client base for demat accounts.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Guide and support the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent progress toward goals.
  • Address escalations and resolve client or team-related issues effectively.
  • Achieve team targets consistently on a month-on-month basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
