EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT (BIOMETRIC PUNCH REGISTRATION, LATE DEDUCTIONS,

COMP OFF, PL APPROVAL WITH PROPER LEAVE APPLICATION FORM, OVERTIME OF NURSES AND OT TECHNICIANS)

MAINTAINENCE OF HOSPITAL BY GETTING ALL CIVIL WORK DONE AS AND WHEN NEEDED

COORDINATING WITH CORPORATE HR AT HEAD OFFICE REGARDING EMPLOYEE REALTED ISSUES

RESOLVING PATIENTS' COMPLAINTS AND ENSURING PATIENTSATISFACTION. OPTIMIZING PATIENT'S SATISFACTION BY REDUCING WAITING TIME, ENSURING CLEANLINESS AND STAFF COURTESY.
