Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to oversee the entire bakery production process. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality output, efficient production schedules, proper inventory management, and team supervision to achieve daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control bakery production operations to meet demand and quality standards.
  • Supervise daily production activities, including mixing, baking, and packaging.
  • Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with purchase and stores department.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
  • Train and supervise production staff to ensure best manufacturing practices.
  • Monitor production costs and work towards minimizing waste.
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on bakery equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of baking processes, recipes, and production machinery.
  • Familiar with food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
