Job Title: Furniture Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Furniture Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of furniture products to customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert product advice, ensuring excellent in-store experience, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers, understand their furniture needs and preferences.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain product features, materials, and pricing.
  • Recommend suitable furniture options based on space, style, and budget.
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain updated product knowledge and current market trends.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are well displayed.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the delivery and installation team for timely service.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in furniture or retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good product knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (billing software, Excel, etc.).
  • Customer-oriented attitude and pleasing personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹26,164.14 per month
