This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Head - Ingredients (API, Bulk Drugs, Intermediates, Excipients) B2B, based in New Delhi. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities for the company's ingredients division, building and managing relationships with clients, developing and executing marketing strategies, and conducting market research. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, growing the customer base, and collaborating with the product development team to meet client demands.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the ingredients industry (API, Bulk Drugs, Intermediates, Excipients)
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the B2B sales process and market research methodologies
  • Experience working with multinational clients and domestic leaders in the industry
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
