Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales/BD Manager - Flavour located in New Delhi. The Sales/BD Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role includes conducting market research, analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience in the Flavour ingredients b2b industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Client relationship management skills
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the food, pharma, nutra, or personal care ingredients sector is an advantage
