Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights to measure performance and generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • SEO & SEM: Oversee the execution of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and rankings.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, ads, and creatives to optimize campaign performance.
