Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Performance Marketing Manager at UniSouk. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include managing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, executing A/B tests, creating strategies to drive traffic, and maximizing ROI. The role will also involve collaborating with other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing trends
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
