Key Responsibilities:-

1. Digital Marketing & AI Strategy

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for market research, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI marketing trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance performance.

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality through continuous data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Build automated lead nurturing workflows using CRM and AI-based marketing tools.

3. Brand Positioning & AI Integration

  • Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms with consistent messaging and creative storytelling.
  • Integrate AI solutions (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI, etc.) to improve content creation, targeting, and personalization.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare performance reports, campaign dashboards, and AI analytics insights using GA4, Hootsuite AI, or Adobe Sensei.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:-

  • 4–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing platforms (HubSpot AI, Jasper, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI analytics and automation tools (GA4 with AI insights, Hootsuite AI, Adobe Sensei).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG or Agriculture industry preferred.
