We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about sales, willing to travel, and eager to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
  • Promote and sell WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, RCS Messaging, Chatbots, and IVR solutions to potential clients across industries.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demos with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in Sales / Business Development, preferably in IT / Telecom / SaaS / Communication solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business messaging services (WhatsApp API, SMS, IVR, Chatbots, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
