About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional for the Customer Support Department in the Gas Analytical Domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support, ensuring the installation, maintenance, calibration, health checks, data verification, report preparation, and troubleshooting to ensure the accurate and reliable operation of gas analyzers. All activities must be carried out in adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring both technical excellence and operational compliance.

Qualification: Bachelor's, Diploma, ITI in the Engineering Field

Experience Required: 05-10 years of experience in the Gas Analytical / Process Instrumentation domain.

Location: PAN India requirement (Site Visits All over India when required)

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure gas analyzers at client sites in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Conduct initial system checks and ensure proper integration with existing setups.
• Permit Acquisition: Secure all necessary work permits from the plant/department in accordance with established safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzer Health Checks: Conduct regular health checks and performance assessments of gas analyzers to ensure optimal operation and early detection of potential issues
• Preventive Maintenance of the System: Perform preventive maintenance activities on the analyzer system to ensure its longevity and accuracy.
• Calibration of the Gas Analyzer: Calibrate gas analyzers following established procedures and guidelines to maintain precise and reliable measurements.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with instruments both remotely and onsite. Respond to client queries promptly, providing effective and professional solutions.
• Analyzer Data Verification & Reporting: Verify and validate analyzer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
• Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports based on the analysed data, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Documents Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of all relevant documentation, including reports, maintenance records, and other required documents.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and regulatory requirements during all onsite and offsite work activities.
• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and gas analyzer systems.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the technical point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge & Ability to do PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) - Programming will be considered an added advantage
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Knowledge & Hands-on experience on various Gas analyzer systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be willing to travel frequently for extended periods and stay on-site for prolonged periods to deliver on-site support as needed.
• Flexibility and adaptability to learn and integrate new technologies, software, and processes related to gas analyzer systems and automation.
