Engineering QMS

Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation & Maintenance:

2. Maintain QMS procedures, SOPs, and records for the Engineering Department.

3. Ensure all engineering activities comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Track and close CAPAs related to engineering systems and equipment.

5. Training Management:

6. Prepare and execute training plans, programs, and schedules.

7. Maintain training records and track effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

8. Support cross-functional training initiatives in collaboration with QA and HR.

9. Documentation & Reporting:

10. Prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics on QMS performance, audit findings, and training status.

11. Ensure proper documentation of deviations, change controls, and preventive maintenance activities.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes through QMS tools and practices.

13. Assist in validation, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.

14. Cross-functional Coordination:

15. Work closely with QA, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment of engineering practices with regulatory requirements.
