Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Founder-in-Residence as part of the AI Startup Studio Program at LVL1 Accelerator. The Founder-in-Residence will work closely with the accelerator team and mentors to build a scalable AI startup from the ground up. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, creating and validating business models, managing product development and implementation, and developing business growth strategies. This role requires collaboration, pitch development, and securing partnerships and funding opportunities to propel the startup forward.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building or managing startups, business modeling, and market analysis
  • Proficiency in AI technologies, product development, and implementation processes
  • Skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational optimization
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders and investors
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
  • Preferred: Background in technology, business, or a related field; prior experience with accelerators or incubators
