About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven and curious
Founder's Office Intern
to work directly with the leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable with
data collection, analysis, and Excel
— and has the mindset to
build processes, solve problems, and turn ideas into reality
. You'll be a part of everything from research and reporting to operational experiments and early-stage project builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Support the founder in researching markets, competitors, and industry trends
  • Assist in building and streamlining operational processes and internal tools
  • Contribute to planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and documentation for decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong skills in
    Excel / Google Sheets
    (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Comfort with data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Curiosity to learn, build, and improve things from scratch
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Exposure to startups or fast-paced environments
