Position: Cook / Chef

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes as per the fusion menu standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Lead, train and support kitchen helpers and team members.
  • Maintain inventory and assist with stock ordering.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of kitchen performance.
  • Deliver a customer-first attitude and support service needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in fast-paced kitchens (fusion / multicuisine preferred).
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Flexible, dedicated, and proactive – Go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
