Kitchen Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the cook/chef in basic food preparation (cutting vegetables, peeling, washing ingredients).
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment.
• Help in dishwashing and keeping the workstation neat and organized.
• Support in packing, plating, and serving food items when required.
• Properly store ingredients and follow hygiene & safety standards.
• Dispose of waste and manage cleanliness as per restaurant guidelines.
• Assist other staff members during busy hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
