Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President located in Coimbatore. The Vice President will oversee the company's strategic direction, operational efficiency, and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include leading digital transformation projects, managing integration and cybersecurity services, and driving technological innovation. Daily tasks involve coordinating with various departments, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and ensuring all projects meet the organization's high standards for quality and security.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including strategy development, team leadership, and project management
  • Strong background in digital solutions, platforms, and integrations, particularly in telecoms, software development, and cybersecurity
  • Experience with business analysis, database design, and system development
  • Familiarity with development environments and tools such as .NET Framework, LAMP stack, Laravel MVC, Symphony Framework, Ruby on Rails, Perl, and Python
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Experience with ISO standards and compliance, such as ISO 27001 and ISO 14001, is a plus
