Purpose - Why does this role exist?

Responsible for planning and executing branded retail stores. This role includes responsibility for dealer engagements, execution of customer/consumer promotions, Implement JSW Privilege club influencer program and training activities.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Network Expansion (New JSW Shoppe and JSW Shoppe Connect)
  • Secondary Sales of JSW Shoppe and JSW Shoppe Connects
  • Customer engagement
  • Agency and Vendor Management
  • Influencer engagement

Critical Tasks

  • Network Expansion as per plan
  • Drive Secondary Sales of JSW Shoppe and Shoppe Connects
  • Implementation of customer engagement programs o ground
  • Agency and vendor Management.
  • Drive the Privilege club enrolment and training program

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

  • Selection and Management of vendors for smooth execution of marketing programs
  • Decisions that enable smooth implementation of on ground activities

Educational Background and Work Experience

  • MBA
  • 5 - 8 years. Preferable from steel industry.
