Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical development and product strategy, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the development and success of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and market needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that all projects meet technical standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using these insights to inform product development and positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication, alignment on project goals, and successful product delivery.
  • Oversee the QA process, ensuring that all products are thoroughly tested and meet both technical and user experience standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve product offerings, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in pricing strategy and budgeting, ensuring projects are financially viable and aligned with company goals.
  • Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Skill & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a product management or technical leadership role within a tech company.
  • Strong background in full-stack development, with proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript, React, , Python, AWS, and/or other relevant frameworks and tools.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a technical team, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to align technical capabilities with business strategy, ensuring that products meet both market demands and company goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
