Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI SolutionsRapidCanvas(RC) is a multidisciplinary and multi-persona data science platform offers industry leading tools to build machine learning models and support machine learning needs‍We're seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager who combines strong technical skills with exceptional execution capabilities. This role is for someone who can rapidly prototype using AI tools, work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, and drive enterprise product development from concept to deployment. You should have practical experience with LLMs, modern AI tools, and a proven ability to code and understand complex engineering systems.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBuild functional prototypes and MVPs using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to validate concepts quicklyImplement and test LLM-driven functionalities including prompt engineering, function calling, RAG systems, and code generationCreate proof-of-concepts that demonstrate product vision to stakeholders and engineering teamsWork directly alongside engineers throughout the development cycle - not just handoffsParticipate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviewsDrive daily standups, sprint planning, and actively remove technical blockersOwn the delivery timeline and work in the trenches to meet deadlinesMake informed trade-offs between technical debt, feature complexity, and time-to-marketAnalyze system performance, scalability concerns, and infrastructure requirementsTranslate complex technical concepts between engineering, sales, and executive teams‍Key Skills RequiredStrong coding skills in Python (or similar languages) with 2+ years of hands-on programming experienceDeep understanding of software engineering concepts: APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CDPractical experience building with LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG implementation, function calling, tool usageUnderstanding of enterprise software architecture, security, and scalability requirements5+ years of professional experience in technical roles (engineering, technical PM, or similar)Proven track record of shipping enterprise products or B2B solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
