Required Experience and Skills:
  • MBA
  • Overall, 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital product management / business analysis
  • Good understanding of the Retail industry and Ecommerce domain – challenges, trends, functional areas, etc.
  • Good conceptual understanding of Retail B2C Ecommerce – business process, functional features and high-level systems
  • Experience of working on Retail Top of Funnel Ecommerce projects – Search & Browse, Catalog management, Customer Data Management, Promotions, SEO
  • Experience on any leading B2C Ecommerce package solution (IBM WCS / Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SAP Hybris) is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, backlog grooming, etc.)
  • Experience using ecommerce analytics tools like Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics / Quantum Metrics, to define data-driven insights and product backlog
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO etc.
