About the Role
The Mobile Platform team at HighLevel is dedicated to driving growth by strengthening our mobile app ecosystem. We deliver value through our white-label mobile apps, B2B SaaS marketing technology apps, and B2C creator platforms(Kollab).The Mobile Platform product team consists of 3 product managers, while HighLevel overall has a total of 52 product managersWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mobile Apps,Creator Platform, who will take full ownership of our mobile-first strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining the execution roadmap, and driving the launch of new features while elevating the overall user experience.
Your Mission? To make HighLevel's mobile experience world-class by driving adoption, engagement, and monetization across our global customer base.
What You'll Do
Own the Mobile Vision & Strategy – Define and execute the roadmap for HighLevel's Creator Mobile Ecosystem (Mobile + Tablet), serving 1M+ monthly active users, with a strong focus on B2C growth and retention.
Accelerate Revenue Growth – Drive white-label Creator Platform revenue by delivering a seamless, DIY white-label app-building solution for creators.
Deliver Core Mobile Features – Lead the end-to-end development of new capabilities and improvements that enhance usability, engagement, and monetization.
Champion Mobile UI/UX – Partner with design and engineering to craft intuitive, frictionless, and delightful mobile-first experiences.
Experiment & Optimize – Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, boost performance, and unlock revenue opportunities.
Strengthen the Ecosystem – Continuously improve existing features, remove friction points, and enhance reliability and performance.
Collaborate Across Teams – Act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and elevate user satisfaction.
Leverage Data for Impact – Use analytics to generate insights, optimize feature performance, and inform strategic decisions.
Own Outcomes, Not Just Features – Deliver measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and revenue expansion across the mobile product line.
You will be working to increase MAU of the mobile app by driving retention and stickiness, while also contributing to new user acquisition across both mobile app and browser channels.

Strategic Yet Hands-On – You can articulate the big picture vision while rolling up your sleeves to drive execution and outcomes.
Data-Driven – You use metrics, adoption patterns, and behavioral insights to inform prioritization, validate hypotheses, and guide product direction.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on B2C mobile applications serving 1M+ MAUs, and 7+ years of total professional experience.
Proven track record of shipping impactful mobile product features and delivering measurable user and business growth.
Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, with the ability to partner effectively with design teams to create world-class experiences.
Experience in revenue expansion and monetization, with a history of driving growth-focused product strategies.
Familiarity with SaaS models and mobile growth levers, including engagement, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
Bonus You've managed one of the best-looking B2C mobile apps with 1M+ downloads and 2M+ Monthly Active users, and can showcase your impact on growth and user delight
