Job Description

Norstella is seeking a skilled and dynamic professional with a background in Market Access to join our team. Are you passionate about turning emerging technologies into real-world value, fast? Do you thrive in spaces where ideas move quickly from concept to customer? We are looking for a creative innovator who believes building, testing, and learning at speed is the best way to unlock new growth in the market.

You'll be at the heart of our efforts to launch breakthrough offerings grounded in rapid prototyping, AI, and relentless customer focus. Working across teams and directly with customers, your job is to spot opportunities, bring them to life quickly, and gather the proof points that move our business forward.

As a Senior Product Manager focused on data and AI, you will lead the creation of AI-powered solutions that transform market access strategies, optimize healthcare outcomes, and unlock new growth opportunities. You will collaborate across teams and with customers to harness advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven experimentation to rapidly develop, validate, and scale innovative products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI-Driven Product Innovation: Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics to design and deliver market access solutions that create tangible business value.
  • Drive Data-Informed Rapid Prototyping: Utilize AI-assisted tools, no-code platforms, and data science techniques to rapidly prototype and iterate on product concepts based on data insights and customer feedback.
  • Implement Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish rigorous experimentation, KPIs, and analytics frameworks that guide continuous product improvement and strategic pivots.
  • Translate Complex Data into Actionable Insights: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and market experts to distill complex datasets into intuitive product features and user experiences that meet real-world healthcare needs.
  • Shape the AI-First Culture: Advocate for cross-functional alignment around AI and data strategies, sharing best practices to amplify AI adoption and data fluency within the organization.
  • Partner Closely with Customers and Stakeholders: Lead co-creation sessions and usability testing to validate AI-driven product features and solutions directly with end users, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Define Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap centered on data- and AI-driven capabilities that safeguard competitive advantage and accelerate time to market.
  • Ensure Product Quality and Compliance: Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to navigate industry standards and ensure ethical AI practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related data-intensive industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered products or data-analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency with data science concepts, machine learning frameworks, and AI toolkits; experience working closely with data scientists and engineers.
  • Expertise in rapid prototyping using AI-assisted or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into user-friendly products and interfaces.
  • Exceptional skills in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing features with data-driven rationale.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong capability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in health or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or related field preferred.

Preferred:

  • Background in market access combined with experience in AI or advanced analytics in healthcare.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools promoting self-service data exploration.
  • Track record collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including payers, providers, regulatory bodies, and data scientists.
