About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in E-commerce, AI strategy, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product innovation, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable business value across the product lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UI/UX, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Strategy:

Develop and integrate AI/ML models to enhance personalization, pricing, and inventory forecasting. Collaborate with data science to embed smart features into the roadmap.

  • Product Documentation:

Create and maintain PRDs, wireframes, and user stories to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization:

Design and analyze A/B tests to improve features and user experience based on data-driven insights.

  • Agile Development:

Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and work closely with engineering for on-time, high-quality delivery.

  • Product Lifecycle:

Own end-to-end product development—from ideation to launch and optimization. Conduct market and competitor analysis.

  • Data Analysis & SQL:

Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights, monitor KPIs, and inform product decisions.

  • User Metrics & Analytics:

Track user behavior and performance using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.

  • Inventory & Purchase Models:

Apply e-commerce inventory and procurement knowledge to improve backend workflows with supply chain teams.

  • UI/UX Collaboration:

Work with design teams to ensure user-centric, intuitive, and accessible product interfaces.

  • E-commerce Focus:

Innovate on key e-commerce features like checkout, catalog, and recommendations. Stay updated with industry trends.

  • Data Science Partnership:

Collaborate with data scientists to align on business goals, prioritize models, and integrate predictive analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of product management experience in the e-commerce domain.
  • Strong experience with AI/ML applications, SQL, AB testing, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Google Analytics or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
