Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Project Coordinator to support project planning, documentation, communication, and coordination activities. The role involves assisting the project team in ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating with department heads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring ongoing project activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and department heads for project updates and follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documents, reports, and trackers.
  • Support project managers in preparing daily/weekly reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Attend online meetings and record minutes of meeting (MoM).
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Help in resource allocation, meeting coordination, and task follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain proper documentation.
  • Report project delays, issues, or risks to the project manager.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under guidance.
  • Basic understanding of project workflow (added advantage).
