Job Description:

  • Team Leadership and Management:

  • DSA Management and Relationship Building:

    • Onboard, manage, and maintain relationships with DSAs.
    • Ensure DSAs adhere to the bank's policies and guidelines.
    • Regularly communicate product features, updates, and operational changes to DSAs.

  • Business Sourcing and Achievement of Targets:

    • Develop strategies to drive the sourcing of unsecured business loans.
    • Monitor lead conversion rates and ensure timely processing of applications.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets as per the business plan.

  • Credit and Compliance Oversight:

    • Ensure proper documentation and verification of customer details as per guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the credit team to maintain high approval rates while ensuring risk management.
    • Maintain adherence to all regulatory and bank compliance norms.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to product teams to enhance offerings.
    • Build competitive strategies to stay ahead in the market.

  • Customer Experience and Issue Resolution:

    • Ensure a seamless customer experience from sourcing to disbursement.
    • Handle escalations and provide resolutions promptly.
