Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Pune. The Team Leader will oversee and manage daily operations for their team to ensure performance and key metrics are met. They will maintain collaboration across departments, provide mentorship and feedback to team members, and address challenges to improve outcomes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company processes, analyzing data for efficiency improvements, and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and team functionality.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
  • Expertise in operations management and process improvement
  • Ability to analyze key performance data and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in tech platforms or community management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
