Role Overview:

As a Team Leader BNPL Process, you will lead a team responsible for managing and converting BNPL leads, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing daily operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of BNPL executives to achieve business targets (sales, activations, or conversions).
  • Drive performance through effective coaching, motivation, and monitoring of daily metrics.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the BNPL process — from lead allocation and follow-up to conversion and customer activation.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance dashboards to track productivity and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Product, Risk, and Customer Support) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Identify training needs and conduct regular knowledge and process enhancement sessions for the team.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer or partner issues.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve process efficiency and conversion rates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or operations, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Prior experience in BNPL, fintech, NBFC, or BFSI processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting performance targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
