Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to drive global sales and partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their workforce needs, and proposing our GCC and Contract-to-Hire solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline across global tech markets.
  • Engage with
    Founders, CTOs, and HR leaders
    of small to mid-sized technology companies.
  • Present Krtya's value proposition through demos, proposals, and online meetings.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain CRM data and track all outreach and conversion activities.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years in
    international B2B IT sales
    or
    staff augmentation
    roles.
  • Experience selling
    GCC setup
    ,
    Contract-to-Hire
    , or
    EOR/Offshore staffing
    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools for prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.
