Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated mid-level Business Development Associate to join our Surat team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving growth and expanding our reach in the education sector. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise to generate leads, foster partnerships, and develop strategies that align with our mission and goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to identify and engage potential clients to expand the company's reach.
  • Sales Outreach (Mandatory skill): Effective communication skills for initiating contact and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
  • ATL/BTL Activity (Mandatory skill): Experience in above the line and below the line marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Partnership Development: Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
  • Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in education.
  • EdTech Platforms: Familiarity with educational technology platforms to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills to connect with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating and delivering compelling presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and target audiences in the education sector.
  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporate entities.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
  • Coordinate and manage ATL and BTL marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and partners to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive advantage and inform decision-making processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
