This is a role for a curious builder — someone who thinks across materials, mechanisms, markets, and magic. Someone who can take an idea from napkinsketch to storeshelf — while balancing child delight with design rigour.

What's in store (Job Responsibilities):

• Design Play from the Ground Up:
  Lead end-to-end product development — from ideation, prototyping, and play-testing to final handoverfor production
• Invent with Intention:
  Spot categorywhite spaces and identify where to innovate— then translate thoseopportunities into productideas that are simple, smart,and often patent- worthy
• Collaborate to Create:
  Work closely with internal and external stakeholders — from designers to vendors, focusgroups to manufacturing consultants — to bring each toy to life
• Own the Process
  : Drive timelines, ensure feasibility, and stay cost-aware — all while prioritising play value and child delight
• Build a Legacy
  : Take ownership of your products beyond launch — track feedback, iterate meaningfully, and help them grow into category leaders
• Lead & Inspire a Team:
  Mentor and motivate junior designers and collaborators — creating an environment that raises the bar on creativity and execution
• Drive Strategic Creative Impact:
  Work across multiple high-priority projects to shape not just individual products but also the design languageand innovation DNA of the Imagimake brand

What we expect (The Ideal Candidate):

• Proven Experience in the Space
  : 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Industrial Design — preferably in toys, games, or children's products
• High Energy & Passion:
  We move fast — and we love working with people who bring initiative, drive, and infectious enthusiasm
• Strong ProjectManagement
  :Great design needsstructure. You shouldbe organised, timeline-aware, and comfortable juggling priorities across multiple projects

• Goal Oriented Approach:
  Exceptional designtakes iteration — we value those who seek feedback, refine boldly,and stay focusedon delivering high-quality outcomes

• Hands-on Mindset:

• Tool Mastery and Workflow Fluency:
• Expert-level proficiency in relevant design software
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, especially when collaborating across teams
• Familiarity with plastic production, sourcing, child development or various prototyping systems is highly valued
• Comfortable working within structured design workflows and creative timelines
